Most clients pay per session, in advance, by cash, cheque, cards, or online. To make a secure online payment through our PayPal form click here or log into PayPal and transfer to our account via the email address: email@example.com. We’re also approved for payment by certain health insurers, contact us for details.
The clinic in Harley Street has appointments available Monday to Thursday, in the afternoons and evenings, from 2pm-9pm. NB: Please try to notify us as soon as possible if you can’t make an appointment; appointments changed or cancelled without at least 48 hours’ prior notice must be paid for in full.
Therapy sessions last just under an hour. Email or telephone for current prices. (Please note that appointments must normally be booked by the person seeking therapy themselves and not another individual, e.g., a family member.)
Satisfaction guaranteed. We will be happy to refund your fees in full if you are not satisfied with the quality of service you receive from our clinic as long as you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We have to emphasise that the outcome of therapy itself depends upon your motivation and collaboration with the therapist and results cannot be guaranteed. (It’s usually considered unethical and unprofessional to offer guaranteed results in any form of therapy.)
