Do you mean The Practice of Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy? It’s not out of print. It hasn’t been published yet. It’s not due for publication until later this year, 2011 (see above). My other books, The Discovery of Hypnosis and The Philosophy of CBT, are currently available from Amazon US, though.
