This link can be used to access an online MP3 version of our old 2005 self-hypnosis CD for assertiveness and emotional authenticity. It contains suggestions loosely based on Andrew Salter’s Conditioned Reflex Therapy (1949), the forerunner of modern assertiveness training and one of the earliest forms of behaviour therapy. This isn’t a commercial recording, it’s just a test version of the script, so there may be a few imperfections but the sound quality is good enough for personal use.
